Individual
Therapy

People are unique, yet many of us share common struggles. Individual therapy can be a powerful pathway toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. You might be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—longing for a deeper connection with yourself, more fulfilling relationships, or a clearer direction in your life. Perhaps anxiety or depression is making it hard to function day to day. Maybe you’re in a career or relationships that no longer fits and feel unsure about how to move forward. In my practice, I use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support lasting transformation. IFS helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself—especially those shaped by past wounds—so you can live with more clarity, compassion, and calm. EMDR is a research-backed therapy that helps process and resolve trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs, allowing you to feel more present and empowered.

Whatever brings you to therapy, this space is here for you to explore, heal, and reconnect—with yourself and with what matters most.

Clinical
Supervision

I have over six years of experience providing clinical supervision, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my work. My supervision approach is grounded in family systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where supervisees can deepen their clinical skills, reflect on their work, and grow with confidence. A key part of my supervision includes exploring the impact of trauma exposure on both clients and clinicians—paying close attention to how it shows up in the mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we build awareness, resilience, and presence in clinical practice.

I am currently approved to supervise clinicians working toward licensure in Washington State, and I also offer consultation services for interns and associates in Oregon.

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I honor the courage it takes to begin the therapy journey. It's a brave and scary endeavor, and I'm so glad you're here. I strive to create a warm, approachable, and safe environment in which clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore all parts of self. I work to build a caring, authentic, and collaborative client-therapist relationship, while fostering and nurturing the therapeutic alliance.

About me

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College and have over 11 years of experience providing counseling to youth, individuals, and families across a variety of settings.
